Product Description

1) Discharge the 4 pieces of baffles (leaves) of the uncoiler, then insert it into the steel coil.
2) Use the hand wheel, to expand the cradle (coil holder), make the axis tighten the inner diameter of steel coil.
4) Put on the baffles (leaves) to prevent the steel coil running out.
3) Release the brake of uncoiler slightly, and make the coil sheet run out.

1. 1) Capacity: see the type of uncoiler, max. 10 tons.
   2) Inner dia: 508mm, and 610mm (gasket is required).
   3) Width: max. 1500mm.
   4) Center shaft adjust: max. 250mm.
   5) Equipped with optical sensor, laid before decoiler, if sheet is close to sensor, it will stop releasing coil sheet; if sheet leaves sensor, the decoiler will release coil sheet.
